11 ஆம் வகுப்பு ஆண்டுத் தேர்வு செயல்முறை

பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்பு முழு ஆண்டுத்தேர்வு – தற்போதைய நிலவரம்

அனைவருக்கும் வணக்கம்.

பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்பு முழு ஆண்டுத்தேர்வில் ரிசல்ட் எப்படிப் போடுவது என்ற கேள்விக்கு நமது பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையில் இருந்து தெளிவான பதில் இல்லை என்பதே தற்போதைய நிலவரமாக இருக்கிறது.

தற்போதைய நிலவரப்படி, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளிகளைச் சேர்ந்த பாட ஆசிரியர்களே விடைத்தாள்களைத் திருத்தி ரிசல்ட் தயார் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் மாவட்டக் கல்வி நிர்வாகம் தேர்ச்சியினை அறிவிக்கும் என்றும் வாய்மொழித் தகவலாகச் செய்திகள் வருகின்றன.

அனைத்து மாணவர்களையும் தேர்ச்சி பெறச் செய்யும் வகையில் விடைத்தாளைத் திருத்தாவிட்டால், மீண்டும் மறு தேர்வு வைத்து மாணவர்களைத் தேர்ச்சி பெறச் செய்ய வேண்டிய நிலை இருக்கும் என்று தெரிகிறது. ஒரு நாள் கூடப் பள்ளிக்கு வராத மாணவர் பள்ளிக்கு வந்து தேர்வு எழுதினாலும் அவரையும் கண்டிப்பாகப் பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்புக்குத் தேர்ச்சி கொடுத்து அனுப்ப வேண்டிய கட்டாயம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. குறைந்தபட்சம் ஐந்து சதவீதம் மாணவர்களைக் கூட பெயில் ஆக்கக் கூடாது என்பதே தற்போதைய நிலவரமாக உள்ளது.

மாணவர்கள் தோல்வி அடைந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு மீண்டும் தேர்வு வைத்து தேர்ச்சி பெற வைக்க வேண்டிய கட்டாயத்தில் நாம் உள்ளோம். பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்பில் தோல்வி அடைந்தால் அவர்களுக்குச் சிறப்புப் பயிற்சி அளித்து மீண்டும் தேர்ச்சி பெறச் செய்ய வேண்டிய நிலையும் உருவாகியுள்ளது.

பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்பு முழு ஆண்டுத் தேர்வைப் பொருத்தவரை, ஒழுங்கீனமான மற்றும் படிக்காத மாணவர்களை நல்வழிப்படுத்துவதற்கோ, தேர்ச்சியைக் குறைப்பதற்கோ எவ்வித வழியும் கூறப்படாதது நல்ல விஷயமாகத் தோன்றவில்லை. இது தொடர்பான நமது சங்கங்களின் கேள்விகளுக்கு பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையில் இருந்து எந்த ஒரு தெளிவான பதிலும் கிடைக்கவில்லை. மாணவர் நலன் சார்ந்து மட்டுமே அனைவரும் சிந்தித்து முடிவெடுக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே தற்போதைய நிலவரமாக இருக்கிறது.
